On Sunday, March 16th, 2025, photographers and creatives ventured into a hidden oasis in Las Vegas for a one-of-a-kind experience: Lost in Paradise, a boudoir and resort-style photography shootout hosted by Curiosity Refresh Workshops organized by JKPeters Photography by Jon Jozef Photography. Held at the luxurious Cascade Palace, just 15 minutes off the Las Vegas Strip, this exclusive shootout invited photographers to capture a stunning blend of swimwear elegance, boudoir confidence, and tropical glamour in an unforgettable private setting.

The Venue: Cascade Palace—Where Luxury Meets Paradise
Tucked away in the heart of Vegas, Cascade Palace is a photographer's dream. This private estate featured:
A 50’ x 60’ grand pool with cascading waterfalls and koi pond
Lush tropical gardens, grottos, and stone pathways
In-ground hot tubs, chic loungers, and secluded nooks
Natural lighting and exclusive privacy for uninterrupted creativity
With its cinematic beauty and upscale amenities, the venue created a breathtaking canvas for editorial-style storytelling.
The Shootout Experience: Creating Magic Poolside
Photographers immersed themselves in curated scenes and spontaneous moments. The shoot featured:
A diverse lineup of professional models in resort wear, swimwear, and boudoir attire
Vignettes designed to mimic high-end fashion campaigns and luxury vacation vibes
Lighting setups, creative direction, and intimate styling that encouraged bold, elevated work
This shootout was more than just content creation—it was an opportunity to build a cohesive portfolio, experiment with new styles, and collaborate with like-minded creatives.
The Talent Behind the Lens and In Front of It
Photographers were greeted by event hosts Jennifer Peters (@jkpetersphotography) and Jon Jozef (@jon.jozef.photography), who ensured everything from the flow of the day to creative direction ran seamlessly.
This event had amazing support from their sponsors:

Models included:
@jc_impuls (Jessica), @mildredrincon60 (Mildred), @sym.mocha (Symone), @vitam1nel (Elton), @sincitykatt (Katt), @quinnteechma (Quinn), @blondeconfetti (Natalia), @rikababeyy (Marika), @itwizardkelli (Victoria), @priceless_shinee (Shinee)
Their poise, energy, and range allowed each photographer to produce vibrant and varied content, from dreamy editorial shots to bold, empowering boudoir imagery.
More Than a Shootout—A Community
The event wasn’t just about capturing beautiful photos. It fostered connection and community:
Photographers were encouraged to support and tag each other across social platforms.
Artists were celebrated, not only for their work but for contributing to a safe, inclusive space for creativity.
With curated networking moments and group photos by the grand palm tree arches, “Lost in Paradise” felt like a creative retreat as much as a shoot.

A Perfect Day to be Lost in Paradise
Whether it was capturing golden sunlight on a silk slip dress, playing with reflections over the koi pond, or exploring the tropical caves for intimate boudoir shots, Lost in Paradise was a visually rich, emotionally charged experience for every attendee.
As cameras clicked and content flowed, the energy was electric — a celebration of bold storytelling, sun-soaked beauty, and the passion behind the lens.
